Wildcat kitten gets first health check

Highland Wildlife Park’s adorable wildcat kitten has received her first health-check from vets. Born on 4 August, Tay was named by the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland’s (RZSS) long-time donor, People’s Postcode Lottery.
Now ten weeks old, Tay was given vaccinations and microchipped by the wildlife conservation charity’s vets. She still dependent on mum but her boisterous and cheeky personality is already showing. Lucky visitors might be able to spot her exploring her habitat in Wildcat Wood and keeping mum Fian on her toes.
