Details for Booking
As part of our charitable commitment to education we are delighted to offer our education classes at a very special reduced rate. This price gives you admission to the Park for the day as well as the booked education class. This reduced rate is only given to education groups using our education services, not for general or group visits.

The above are subject to a minimum payment.
We provide free admission for supervisory adults as follows:
| Nursery | 1 adult per 4 children |
| Primary | 1 adult per 7 children |
| Secondary | 1 adult per 10 children |
| Special Schools | 1 adult per pupil if required |
| Other Ages | 1 adult per 10 students |
| Extra adults* | Group rate |
*RZSS adult members are admitted free on production of a valid membership card.
Due to limited space, the number of adults attending the classes in the Education Centre must be restricted to the ratios given above. Of course, you can bring as many adults as you wish for supervision in the Zoo Park. Children who are RZSS members are still required to pay the education charge. All children under 16 must be supervised at all times when in the Park.
Payment
Groups will be invoiced in advance of their visit for the number of adults and children that are booked to visit. Prompt payment would be appreciated, payment should be made before your visit. If more people attend on the day than were booked, an additional invoice will be generated; if fewer people attend on the day than were booked, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for the shortfall
Minimum charges and Cancellation
There is a £40 minimum charge for all Education sessions (£25 for groups where all students have additional support needs)
Please note a cancellation fee of £40 (£25 for ASN groups) is charged if cancellation is made 14 days or less before the visit unless a rebooking is made at the same time, the new booking must be within 3 school months of the original booking date.
