Sad news from Highland Wildlife Park

We are sad to share the news that one of our elk calves has passed away at three weeks old.
A calf’s first month is a crucial and particularly vulnerable time. This little one just wasn’t strong enough to survive.
Cas and Raven’s remaining calf appears to be doing really well and we are hopeful the youngster continues to thrive 💙
