EDIT: Following today's announcement, the zoo will be closed from tomorrow, Tuesday 5 January, until further notice.

Please wait for further information before contacting us - we will email everyone with prebooked tickets and provide further info as soon as possible

Thank you for your support and patience while we reviewed the guidance following this weekend’s announcements – it’s been a very challenging year and every ticket or purchase at Highland Wildlife Park helps to feed our animals this Christmas and care for endangered species in Scotland and around the world.

At this time, Scottish Government guidance for Covid Protection Level 4 means we can remain open, although our gift shop must close. Takeaway only catering will still be available from Antlers Cafe.

This means we can continue to provide a safe, outdoor environment for Highland residents with additional safety measures in place to protect our visitors, staff and animals.

We are also continuing to ask all our visitors to check and follow all government guidance. You must not travel from, or to, local authority areas in levels 3 or 4 to visit our parks.

If you are unable to visit on your booked date due to coronavirus restrictions:

Please email your booking details to wildlife@rzss.org.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Due to the volume of requests we are receiving at the moment, this may take up to 72 hours to process at this time – thank you so much for bearing with us.

If you have another query:

We have updated our FAQs and kindly ask everyone to read this information closely before getting in touch at wildlife@rzss.org.uk.

Please be aware it could take up to 72 hours to receive an email response from our small team. Rest assured, we will come back to you as soon as we can, even if your original booking date has passed.

Thank you again for your support from everyone (and all the animals!) here at RZSS.
