An introduction to primates and other species, their diversity and social structures with the option of the pupils observing and recording data on our animals for their own behavioural study.
The session starts with a 30 minute introduction to some species; their evolution, distribution and social structure. Information is also provided on the reasons why we conduct research in the Park and how best to carry out Park-based behavioural studies. The pupils are taken on a tour of some of the species in the Park. There is also the opportunity for the pupils to observe and record data for their own animal behaviour study.
